"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"Maddison took care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. She dropped around before I left to meet the dogs and get the arrangements and food sorted. Maddison provided me with daily updates and photos/videos. I would not hesitate recommending Maddison to anyone who needs a dog sitter and I will absolutely not hesitate using her again. Maddison will love your dogs just as much as you do! "

"Evelyn has been the perfect pet sitter. I can not thank her enough for her help while we were away for a few days. She took care of our cat Milo & his friend and I've never seen my cat warm up to someone quicker. Through the videos she sent, Milo looked more happy to see Evelyn arrive than when he would see me! "Angie looked after our cat and fish while we were away for 2 weeks. We were very happy with the experience, and Angie even went out of her way to come back after one of her daily visits to collect a package for us! Our cat got a lot of attention during the visits and was not as needy as usual when we returned. We also got great photos sent to us each day, which gave us peace of mind. We have booked Angie again for our next trip and have no doubt that our cat will be happy to see a familiar face while we are away."

"We recently returned from a 5-day trip and couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our cats received from Jessie. Her dedication went far beyond our expectations!
Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we found two very happy, relaxed cats—the ultimate proof of excellent care.

"Janita was the perfect sitter for my 14 year old 'Nudge', the blue point ragdoll! He is an inside cat with an automatic feeder, but I can tell she loved checking on him and he was most content when I got back. "Rivka was great to work with. From pre-visit run through to daily photos. She took great care of our 4 animals in her visits and communicated early. Our older doggo needed daily medication which Rivka assisted, plus some calming (natural) medication for NYE.

"Pat was great! I was really happy with the service she provided because she made it so easy with her professional approach. After meeting her, I felt that I could rely on her and trust her to look after my two very timid cats. Pat sent me messages everyday I was away, usually with photos, which I really appreciated because then I knew my cats were fine. I would thoroughly recommend Pat to anyone feeling any anxiety about leaving their beloved pet, because she is mature and reliable, as well as being an animal lover. "I am very happy with the service Olga provided during my three weeks away from home. I am a fussy feeder and am particular on how my cats are fed. Olga followed my request well. Apart from feeding my kitties twice a day, Olga also did what a loving cat mom would do, including cleaning up their litter box and pee from one of my naughty male cats. Her regular updates via WhatsApp on how the kitties were doing gave me great peace of mind when I was overseas. I am very grateful to have Olga care for my cats.
