"Niamh was communicative and receptive from the moment of booking! she had a video call with us prior to the booking to ensure she had all the information to make sure my cat was best taken care of. During the call she took notes of small details and provided regular updates while we were away as to how my cat was doing and gave multiple points of contact to ensure we could reach her at any time. Not only this but she took the time to keep my cat company and play with him in our absence to the point that he hardly fussed when we got home. a perfect sitter!"

"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.
Will definitely be using Jenna again - and recommending her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. "

"Vanessa was an excellent pet sitter for our 2 cats while we were away for 2 1/2 weeks and I would highly recommend her as a caring and professional pet sitter. Knowing that our kitties were in good hands was a great relief and made our time away more restful. Vanessa took the time to get to know each of our cats, administered medications to one of our cats, played and interacted with them, kept their litter clean and kept us regularly up to date with their progress. "Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility. "Tif was absolutely amazing with Keanu and Kloud while I was overseas for a week. She took such thoughtful care of them — feeding, grooming, and even surprising them with a new cat toy which they adored. She spent time playing with them and making sure they felt comfortable and happy.
