"Ling, was looking after our 14-year-old gorgeous boy cat Jason. He is very shy and avoids people he doesn’t know, and normally hides until they are gone, so we were worried how he would react to someone, who he did not meet before and if he is going to come out and interact with non-family member.
As it turned out we did not need to worry at all. Ling has stolen his heart; he was having a very good time with her! :) Jason was following her around, playing and eating all his food. We were sent regular updates, photos and videos and seeing him happy made us very happy too!
Ling is a wonderful pet sitter, and I would definitely recommend her services!

"I’m so happy I found Beatriz! She was absolutely wonderful with my cats. From the start her communication was friendly and reliable, and she followed all my instructions with care. She even showed great initiative — when she couldn’t make it at the exact time we’d agreed, she let me know straight away and still came later that same night, which was very thoughtful and reassuring.
Every day she sent me cute little videos and updates about what my cats ate and how they were gaining confidence around her, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. She also went the extra mile by cleaning their bowls and even giving our Litter-Robot an extra clean before we got home, so everything was fresh and tidy for our return.
It’s clear Beatriz genuinely cares for the pets she looks after. I felt so comfortable knowing my cats were in her hands, and I’ll definitely book her again. Highly recommend!"

"Adriana was the most perfect pet sitter to our 3 cats. When she came to meet them a week before we went away, all our 3 cats immediately took to her. Cats instinctively know cat lovers.
Adriana visited twice a day for 4.5 weeks and spent time with them to stroke, play and talk to them. She even bought them a toy for them to play with.
Adriana kept the cat litter trays perfectly clean at all times. She even kept the house clean by vacuuming, putting out the rubbish and weekly bin collections.
Her communication with us was faultless taking photos of them, and updating us regularly on the Pawshake App.
We would highly recommend Adriana and have already got friends who wish to book her in the future.

"From the moment of my first contact with Melissa I had an overwhelming feeling of confidence that ny precious furry family members where going to be cared for in the best possible way. During the 3 weeks I had easy and regular communication with Melissa as to how they were going as well as reassuring photos/videos all of which confirmed my initial feelings of confidence that the family where in the best and safest hands possible. I returned to 3 happy cats who were relaxed, happy, and who didn’t seem to miss a beat. Medication was expertly and competently handled as was a slightly more anxious cat and fussy eater all with no trouble. It was a perfect match and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Melissa (as long as it doesn’t clash with my future requests for bookings!!!) as i would have Melissa over anyone else and so would the furkids…(they want me to pass that on!!!)
