She is very professional, answers to all your messages extremely fast and on top of that she is kind and understanding.
Our young cat Gizmo was actually loved and taken care of by her, and in our return he was healthy and happy.
Even when a problem arised, she took Gizmo to the vet instantly with no extra cost.
She is really amazing and we are more than grateful to have been able to find her :)"

"Absolutely fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of the care and communication Tracey provided about of cats while we were away. Will be kindly asking Tracey to look after our furballs in the future. One of our cats is very shy with strangers but rapidly warmed to her early on. "Excellent dog walker/ dog person. Niamh has been very reliable and caring for my older pup. She went even above it all and cleaned up little accidents (which she didn't need to).
I can highly recommend her service. It became obvious that she has experience in this field as she has worked extensively in Sydney before moving to Melbourne. Niamh keeps you updated and is responding to your messages well.
