I am mum to 3 boys and a grandparent to three perfect little people who I adore. I am now retired and want to spend more time doing things that I love and pets are my happy place. 
I have become a pet sitter because I have been through the anxiety of where to find the best place to leave my own pets. Invariably that ends up being a trip with them. Or occasionally a son is living back in SA and will mind them. So, I completely understand the worry and I get the responsibility. I can offer regular updates and photos whilst you're away for some extra reassurance. Or, if you're like me, video chats with your fur babies.
For home visits I will come in and spend at least 30 minutes with your pet at each visit, playing, feeding, checking water is fresh and, if necessary I can water your plants and bring in the mail, attend to bins. 
For walks I will take your pets for at least a 30 minute walk or less if that's what they require. I will not walk pets on hot days when pavements and roads are too hot. But can spend time in active play as an alternative. 
If you can give me clear guidelines I would love to keep to your pets normal routine as closely as possible. Basically, I want to make your time away as unnoticed as possible by your pets.
Living in a small home with 2 dogs of my own I can't offer boarding or day care.

Pets are never left alone longer than a few minutes during daycare.
Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, allowing me to spend most of my time supervising and interacting with guest pets. I am able to provide a high level of supervision throughout the day and can accommodate flexible schedules. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly, with space for pets to relax. Guest pets are welcome to sleep indoors in a safe, comfortable area, following their usual routines where possible.
If offering home visits or house sitting, I stay long enough to feed, walk, play with pets, clean up, and provide companionship. I am also happy to water plants and bring in mail. Being a mum of our one and only precious tuxedo cat - Momo, our family has always wanted a sibling for Momo. Unfortunately, Momo is an anxious furbaby who might not adapt well to a multi-cat family, so I have decided to channel my passion into cat sitting.&nbsp;
