My name is Sarah, I'm 35 Hills community my entire life.

Photographer, book nerd, vinyl collector, appreciator of good sustainable living and enjoy many walks in the surrounding hills.

I am currently studying Master of Counselling - Art therapy for Trauma

I'm a very approachable bubbly person with a big heart.

I am a proud Aunty of five nieces and nephews under 16. 

I just returned to Australia after two years stranded in South America due to the pandemic.

I volunteer as a mentor for various nonprofit organisations working with children in secondary schools, in sports and in other educational programs. I love animals and have a big heart for all animals, no matter how big or small or scary. 

I have worked with special needs dogs, including dogs with anxiety, giant breeds, dogs with hip problems, epilepsy and also elderly animals. 

I hope to continue to care for animals in some way along my journey, hoping to help others. I know it's not easy lending your home to another person, a stranger as such. However, I know when I am on holiday or away for work, I want peace of mind to know my home will be looked after as if it was the sitter's own home. I am a non-smoker and can provide a police clearance available upon request.

I thoroughly enjoy cooking, photography, art, music, and losing myself in a good book. House and pet sitting is something I stumbled across many years ago now, when I had my first offer from a friend of a friend to look after their house, dog and cat while they went overseas. Since then, many opportunities have emerged, other great options, met so many lovely people​ and had the pleasure of making many fur friends.
