"We were lucky to have booked Bernedette to look after Milla & Mikey while we are on overseas tour for 3 weeks. We have no word to express the nice experience with her.
She is an excellent pet sitter who can make your pets feel that they are not left behind while you are away.
Bernadette's whole family are pet lovers and we were very impressed by seing the photos of how Milla & Mikey were being treated as their family & how they are having very good time surrounded by Bernadatte's kids.
Bernadette kept us updated with photos of their day to day routine and even their eating pattern for re assuarance as they were in diet program.
Milla & Mikey had been brushed regularly and taken to dog parks which were above our expectations.
When we were back Mikey & Milla were healthy, relaxed and very clean, never looked like they missed us because of Bernedette's kindness and love.
Thank you for your service which gave us peace of mind to have our overseas holiday

"Thank you Antoneely and Blair for taking such wonderful care of our two kelpies over two nights!! Our doggos enjoyed two walks every day (including a car trip to the park) and were treated like they were in their own home including cuddles on the couch in front of the fire. Antoneely and Blair’s communication was always excellent and extremely prompt. They sent us lots of photos of the dogs during their stay and even some beautiful professional photos as Blair is a photographer. "Cheryl has given both myself and my young dog both an amazing experience, from the moment we had a meet and greet, she was very friendly, knowledgeable & could just tell she had a very caring way about her. My dog had such a wonderful time and was taken well care of, and was given plenty of walks and exercise and socialisation during her stay with her.
She took care of my girl like it was her own, which was fantastic to see/hear ! :)
I was updated regularly with photos and videos, so i was always given the reassurance that my dog was having such an incredible holiday with her.
Cheryl is a very trustworthy person who will always go above and beyond to make sure your dog is well looked after and I have nothing but positive things to say about this lady, and I am looking forward to leaving my dog with her in the future for future holidays.

"My family were going away overseas for a holiday and we had booked at the pet hotel for Zara. But somehow at the back of my mind, i was a bit apprehensive about how much interaction she was going to get there. Luckily somehow Pawshake popped up on my screen! I never knew places like this existed. I had seen couple of other dog sitters before I met Elise. The minute Zara and I met her, I knew she was the one. Zara liked her and she was really affectionate with Zara too.
It was with peace of mind that we went away. Elise sent me photos of Zara quite regularly and to see that she enjoyed dogs company, assured me that I had made the right decision choosing Elise & Co. Baxter was friendly and I know for sure that Zara came back home learning that she can sleep alone in the laundry now! Thank you Elise. "Emma was amazing. We went away for 4 weeks overseas( which is a long time) and were reluctant to leave our beautiful Bull Arab dog, Bella. She is a large dog and our family members were unable to look after her. This is the first time we have used a dog-sitter.
We meet Emma and felt relaxed to leave Bella with her. She was very accommodating, Bella had a visit, and a sleepover before we went, so we all felt comfortable. Emma was a wonderful communicator, sent us messages and photos regularly, which was great to see. Emma treated Bella like her own, she went everywhere with Emma and built a great relationship with Bella.
I can't recommend Emma enough. She was fantastic and we would definitely use Emma again if we went away again.

"Could not be happier with the care Lynda provided to our two big dogs over 8 nights. One of our dogs has anxiety issues, the other requires daily grooming due to his long coat. We received updates with photos that gave us peace of mind - our dogs were having as good a holiday as we were! The rapport that Linda had built with our boys was obvious when we came to collect them. Linda understands dogs, is wonderful to communicate with and - bonus, works from home so our dogs had company most of the time. We returned to happy dogs who have slipped seamlessly back into life at home. Very highly recommend!"

"Nina was fantastic with our 12 month old French Bulldog called Bella. From the moment we met at Nina’s place we felt Bella was comfortable within the environment and especially with Nina and her pooch Fergus. Nina was very informative and made sure we had piece of mind whilst we were interstate over a weekend away. "Jill, Ian and family look after our dogs so beautifully. They will always be our carers of choice. We receive regular updates with photos and videos of the dogs looking so happy and enjoying their outings. Our two large dogs receive lots of love, cuddles and plenty of beach walks. Jill and Ian take every care to ensure our dogs needs are carefully looked after, particularly given 1 likes to run off-lead and the other likes to saunter on-lead. They are fully exercised every day and they always come out with huge puppy smiles on their face and very restful from all the play and walks.
Couldn't recommend Jill and Ian highly enough - we leave our dogs and have absolutely no worries about them as we know they are loved just as much for the duration of their stay 🐶"
